Bikers these days use a certain design on their leather patches to show others the club they are in. These patches are often seen at a biker's back of their vest. Bikers not only use patches for their clubs meanings but the patches also plays the role o expressing the biker's character and design.
Different Patch Designs
Patches have no entire designing procedures
being followed. But, there is a difference between motorcycle associations and
biker clubs where motorcycle associations only has a one patch design and the
biker's club has two.
The outlaw motorcycle club is easily
distinguished by having a three piece design. Biker's who has the three patch
designs on their vest means that they are not part of the American Motorcycle
Association.
The biker who has three piece biker patches
have a logo that are centered with crescent shapes located above it or below.
Rockers are the meaning of the crescent shapes that are present. There are also
times that these patches causes confusions as some only wears it for attraction
which is often mistaken as part of any motorcycle outlaw clubs.
The 1% patch design on the other hand is
opposition to the statement done by the American Motorcycle Association which
stated there are at least 99% of the bikers which does not follow the law. The
statement being stated also means that outlaw bikers are like criminals.
There are also some biker's which wears the
99% patch which is the opposite of the 1% patch and means that they are a legal
member of the American Motorcycle Association.
There are also the #13 patch which means as
the 13th letter found in the alphabet. The letter M stands as the word
marijuana which is a drug where the biker either sells or use the drug.
More Patches Available
The patch of 9 or 9er means that the biker
has a blood of an Indian. On the alphabet, the 9th letter is the letter
"I" which is where the number was based. The ace of spades on the
other hand signifies a fight to the death for the biker's right. Biker's who
wear patches of a certain flag means the lineage or country of the individual.
There is also the president patch which is
often worn by a club president and MCC which stands as motorcycle club. There
is also a patch which has the design of a memorial. The memorial patches can be
worn anywhere on the biker's preference and not just on the back of the vest
and often times has the message of "in memory of...".
The patch of wings on the vest stands for
different achievements made by a certain biker. But, these achievements could
mean either good or bad. There are also bikers that has the patch design of a
crossbone and a skull that means that the person having this design has already
escaped death or has killed a person.
There are also positions in the club that
denotes heir design . There are also motorcycle patches
with road names. But these kind of patch is only given to the high authority of
the club.
The Men of Mayhem patch is obtained if a
certain biker has made violations for the club. Aside from the Men of Mayhem
patch, the I.T.C.O.B (I took are of business) patch also has the same meaning.
Patches are made primarily to recognize the
group. However, different patches may mean more than simply its design. Get
